Based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, Life Unleashed Trainings are teen leadership training classes for 8th – 12th grade students. Our proven course increases social and emotional intelligence using engaging, experiential programming.
The Life Unleashed Training Course is a teen leadership training experience like no other. The Trainings are designed to empower teenagers to live their lives filled with purpose and vision. After attending The Experience, an exciting 6-week course which includes three parts, Discover, Bridge, and Breakthrough, the graduates of the program are invited to attend monthly coaching and community sessions called Connect.
DISCOVER Emphasis on Confidence Building. As the foundation of the training, this first exposure develops a level of confidence in teens that will flow into their daily lives. Click to Learn More
BRIDGE Emphasis on Deepening Relationships. Focuses on building friendships, enhancing family dynamics and reinforcing lessons from the Discover program. BREAKTHROUGH Emphasis on Character and Leadership Development. Teens closely examine how they work inside a team with the opportunity to move beyond complacency and experience life outside their comfort zone. Click to Learn More
CONNECT Emphasis on Creating Community. This is the opportunity to deepen connections in the Life Unleashed Community. This is accomplished through offering an ongoing series of workshops that address challenges faced by teens. They also receive continued coaching from Life Unleashed staff and trainers. Our programs serve as an interruption to a teen’s automatic way of living. We work with them to nurture presence and emotional intelligence in a safe and supportive environment.
We are committed to teens discovering important life lessons that are missing from the traditional school curriculum. In a society where technology is everywhere, teens often struggle to have meaningful and deep connections and we work hard to ensure they understand how important connection is.

How Does it Work?
We provide teens with the opportunity to leave the past behind and create the future they desire by uncovering the ways in which they limit their self-expression and full potential. We provide social emotional learning through a carefully integrated program of proven-effective games, mentor-guided instruction, experiential learning and group and individual coaching. Our trainings are designed to be interactive, fun and engaging.
Where Do the Trainings Take Place?
We work with youth groups, established community groups, schools and religiously affiliated organizations. To ensure that teens have the opportunity to attend Life Unleashed, we come to you! Our trainings are held throughout North Carolina.
